My sister always says: when I get a hobby, it becomes an obsession. It was the same with horses when I was 12. Then I became obsessed with Everton Football Club, around 1965-66, when I was 16. I got a season ticket. They won the FA cup in 1966. I went to Wembley to watch the game. The Everton obsession waned when I became a parent. I couldn’t travel so much.
