Men

I feel that men still have the dominant role on the Committee. As women, we seem to be a little bit on the sideline, although the women arrange lots of things. The knowledge of growing, of the men on the Committee, has a competitive edge and they’re plugged into an established national network by which they’re judged. That seems to be always in the back of their minds. So they’re focused in that way, whereas I’m not really.
